There are three floors of accommodation comprising both group homes and single bed independent units, fully fitted out as the other apartments in the development The second St. John of Gods Building consists of a drop in day services centre on the ground floor with first and second floor consisting of offices and a library.
The underground basement/car park comprises lift shafts and parking for 150 cars.
A separate crèche/community block was fitted out to facilitate a number of different uses by the estate and its management team including uses as community group meetings, offices and child care.
