Description:
Teagasc are developing the Ashtown Food Research Centre in Scribblestown, Dublin 15. The development will consist of the refurbishment of the existing laboratory and office space. This involves the stripping out of the existing laboratory and kitchen furniture. All suspended ceilings will be removed and replaced with new ceiling boards. Deconstruction of internal walls with the construction of new internal stud division walls and the complete fit out of a new laboratory with all associated site works. Also general ground works including roads, paths, pavings, drainage and site services.
