Description:

The project consisted of 272 units in 43 separate buildings, including a Group Home and a Creche, and extensive siteworks on a 16-acre site. The 43 buildings varied from three and four-bedroom traditional two-storey buildings to four-storey apartment blocks with KalZip roofing. The late removal of overhead and underground ESB services necessitated working in an out-of –sequence manner. Nevertheless, the works were handed over in phases in advance of the contract completion date.
