Our Quality Management System has been certified to comply with the conditions of ISO 9001:2008 by the NSAI. The Quality Management System is maintained  and developed by our Quality Manager and is reviewed annually by the NSAI. Each project undertaken by MDY Construction Ltd has a specific Project Quality Plan prepared by MDY Constructions’ Quality Manager.

MDY Construction Ltd. have documented procedures on each of the following areas which directly influence the Quality of a project

·         Appointment and control of Sub-Contractors and Suppliers

·         Safety File Compilation (incorporating As-built Drawings).
