Description:

The works consisted of the demolition of existing three storey classroom building and adjoining swimming pool, construction of new school buildings comprising of:
Block A - a new three storey building with adjoining single storey extension containing general classrooms, specialist teaching areas and ancillary accommodation.
Block B - Alterations and renovations to the existing single storey classroom building
Block C - Alterations to services in the existing single storey sports changing pavilion
Block D - Construction of a new access road, construction of 5 external playing courts and provision of permanent car parking spaces accommodating 52 spaces.
The development also comprises all associated site works, drainage and landscaping.
