Presentation College Bray

MDY are delighted to be working again with the award winning architectural practice of Paul Keogh Architects, having successfully completed a large extension to Clane Community School (Scoil Mhuire)a number of years ago.

MDY Construction commenced work in January 2010 on a new school building for the Presentation College in Bray, Co. Wicklow. The works include the demolition to the existing three-storey classroom building and adjoining swimming pool, the construction of a new school building comprising a new three-storey building and adjoining single storey extension containing general classrooms, specialists teaching areas and ancillary accommodation, a new single storey sports hall with adjoining ancillary accommodation, construction of a new access road, 5 new external playing courts, permanent staff car park for 40 spaces, visitor car park for 12 spaces.  Also included all associated site works, drainage and landscaping. All works are scheduled for completion in June 2011.
