Kiltipper Care Centre – HIQA Approval

MDY Construction has successfully completed the first phase of the 24 bed extension to the existing Care Centre on time and within budget.

The Health Information & Quality Authority (HIQA) has inspected the new extension and given their approval. The completed works included installation and commissioning of a state of the art Hydrotherapy Pool.

MDY are currently working on a number of extensions to the premises, including a new Coffee Shop. All of these works are being carried out in a live Nursing Home environment, without disruption to the operations of the Care Facility and the comfort of the residents.
