Tender Meats extension nearing completion....

MDY Construction returned to the Tender Meats facility in Canal Turn Clondalkin to start work on another extension and upgrade on 4th September 2007.

The project consisted of the and inter-connection of the two buildings with a new steel framed Chill and Production Area building. There were also extensive site development works with additional dock levellers, plant rooms etc..

This contact continues our long association with Design & Project Management in food industry projects.

The project team is led by Sean Cummins (Contracts Manager), Tom Dunne (Senior QS) and Rory Moore(Site Manager).  The overall co-ordination of Electrical, Mechanical, and Refrigeration services was also undertaken by MDY Construction.

The facility remained in full production throughout the works which are now nearing completion.  The Client will take possession of the all areas prior to Christmas, although a return visit by MDY will be necessary when the new ESB supply is connected.
