Description:
Design & Build of new student coffee dock. Steel framed building, brise soleil, architectural glazing, siteworks and paved areas.  The overall gross floor area is 321 m².  The unit will include toilet facilities and ancillary accommodation.  External siteworks including paving, landscaping and all associated site services.  The building proposed external wall, flat roof system with overhang canopy and frame structure with façade features including aluminum glazing, cedar brise soleil and self finish / colour render.
