Description:

The site is located in the grounds of the existing Ballyroan Libruary, Orchardstown Avenue, Ballyroan, Dublin 14.  The existing church and all buildings on the site are protected structures.  The existing library building on the site is to be demolised.  The project comprises of the demolition of the existing library buildings, the construction of a new library and all associated site works.
